Losing weight is not easy. Though it is not rocket science to lose weight many people find it quite difficult. The process of losing weight requires hard work and it may take a long time to lose weight. Because of that so many people often want an easy, fast solution and end up buying or relying on different weight loss supplements and pills. And for this reason here in this blog I am going to explain are those pills/supplements really help in losing weight?

Bitter Orange contains a Synephrine substance. Synephrine is related to ephedrine, which is usually used in various fat loss pills/supplements. Weight/fat loss supplements are mostly used by those who have really less knowledge about weight loss or those who want easy results. To the question if a supplement help in weight loss my answer will always be No. Because if someone does not eat in a calorie deficit he/she will see no result. Because at the end of the day every supplement either for fat loss or for muscle gain, they are just to help in speeding up the process.

Also sometimes these fat loss products come with various life-threatening side effects which make these items for short-term use only.

  • Fat loss supplements can increase the risk of heart diseases.
  • It can cause high blood pressure.
  • Sleep lessness.
  • Hunger issues.
  • Liver problem.

Best way to lose weight

To me, the best way to lose weight is naturally. This means focusing on a calorie deficit diet and workout. I suggest doing both cardio and resistance training. In that way, someone will lose fat while maintaining a good muscle mass. You have no need to hit the gym just start by doing home workouts. And if you are planning to join a gym then know which training style to choose.

And for diet, this has no need to be hard. Suppose you need to have 1800 calories daily to lose weight. So instead of having 1800 calories daily have 2200 calories and burn 400 calories. This will make the process way easier and more sustainable. Also, normalize weighing your food and tracking calories for more accuracy.
